Refund Policy

Digital products

Oracle of Light readings are digital products delivered immediately upon payment. Because the reading is generated and delivered at the moment of purchase, we generally do not offer refunds after delivery.

This policy applies to both the Spark Reading ($5.99) and the Deep Ritual ($19.99).

When we will issue a refund

• Technical failure: If you paid and did not receive your reading due to a technical error on our end, contact us within 7 days and we will either deliver the reading or issue a full refund.
• Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same reading, contact us and we will refund the duplicate.

How to request a refund

Email hi@oracleoflight.com with your order details (email used to pay and approximate date). We respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback. We can usually resolve issues faster than the bank dispute process.
