1. Who we are

Oracle of Light (“we”, “our”) is an AI-powered oracle ritual service operated at oracleoflight.com. Questions or requests: hi@oracleoflight.com.

2. What we collect

  • Your question and selected card — entered during the ritual. Used solely to generate your reading.
  • Email address — provided when requesting PDF delivery. Used to send your reading and nothing else.
  • Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation token and the last 4 digits of your card. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Analytics data — page views and interaction events collected via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel (if enabled). These are aggregated and do not identify you personally.
  • IP address and device information — collected automatically by our infrastructure for security and rate limiting.

3. How we use it

We use collected data to: deliver your oracle reading and PDF, process payments, prevent abuse (rate limiting), and understand how users interact with the product (analytics). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

4. Third-party services

  • Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Gemini — AI reading generation. Your question and card are sent to Google's API. Not stored by Oracle of Light beyond the session.
  • Resend — email delivery. Your email and PDF are transmitted to send the reading.
  • Vercel — hosting. Processes requests and may log IP addresses.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (GA4) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). You can disable these in your browser settings. No cookies are required for the core ritual to function.

6. Data retention

Purchase records are retained for 3 years for accounting and legal compliance. Email addresses used for PDF delivery are not added to any marketing list. You may request deletion by contacting us.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact hi@oracleoflight.com with any request.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.
